Kwesi Ernest and his MEDIA EXCEL company has been a brain behind many gospel musicians in Ghana and abroad. During his tenure as the chairman of MUSIGA Greater Accra Region, he partners the then president MRS DIANA HOPESON to steer the affairs of the union to greater heights such as the organization of ECOWAS BORDER FLOAT, FIM WORKSHOP, and ADMINISTRATOR to the union, PROJECT OFFICER and even acted as the GENERAL SECRETARY OF THE UNION when NANA AMPADU resigned.

Steve Peake is a serial social and cultural entrepreneur with 24 years experience of working with Ghanaian musicians, particularly in the traditional sector. He is manager of the Kakatsitsi Master Drummers from Ghana, a leading group of traditional drummers, dancers and singers from the Ga Mashie area of Accra, Director of Indigenous People, a charitable company specialising in tour and project management for traditional African music and dance groups and Director of Ghana Synergy, a new venue and event management company in Ghana. He is a director and a principle financial investor of Ghana Music Awards UK.
For GMAUK, Steve will be focussing on strategic planning and management, financial management, insuring the credibility and integrity of the voting process and speaking up for the need for GMAUK to promote the diversification and growth of the Ghanaian Music industry by accessing new, international markets by harnessing the appeal of indigenous African / Ghanaian culture as opposed to merely copying western styles.
Godfred Laryea, better known as “Blaque boy” in the showbiz circles, is a dynamic, entertaining, eloquent and very versatile television and radio presenter with over a decade of experience to his credit. Aside radio and television, he also has experience in advertising and event management. He is also an accomplished “Master of ceremony” and has hosted events both in Ghana and the UK amongst others. His unique and distinct voice can be heard on a lot of voice over commercials as well.
